Reset myself

I want "physical reset bottun" like a computer game.
If I push the bottun, I would be refreshed like a kid.
Especially this morning I definitely need one, because of Diver's
year end party last night.
But unfortunately, there is no bottun on my body.

So I went swimming as alternate method.
I swam at an easy pace. I just relaxed, and could be almost refreshed.

kick:200m
pull: 200m
swim: 500m
dive: 25mx3 +max40m

I think I have a button myself. It makes me feel like there's no problem ahead in my life, but it would not make you like a kid.

Well.... it's not actually a button and may not be just one, but I'm sure it works for boys.
What I do is let my boy friend to tell me the most stupid story of his childhood. This is so fun and make my rest of the day something.
