Cycling Shimanami 2014 [Cycling]
October 26, I attended the big event, Cycling Shimanami 2014.

I selected the hardest course, round trip to Omishima
from Imabari. The distans is 110km.
This is aid station at Omishima.
The final number of paticipants were 7200.
So it was takes about 60 minuts everyone pass the start line.
We ran along highway including three bridges on outward.
I ran with feeling fantastic, like flying.
I started at 9:15 and I finished 15:45.
My butt was sore.

帰りは高速道路じゃなくて海岸線のアップダウンで地を這う気分でした。でも楽しかった。

瀬戸と明石も走れればいいのに。。。しまなみ。。。懐かしい。。。
